Evett again! D:

I actually drew this about a year ago (despite the date on the bottom cuz I redrew it) and just never put it up. It was a refrence for that one chick who was doing Kris's Kenjin Doa manga because he plays a minor role in that story! :B

Anywho, this is his main design, though I still can't get the hair right and his face doesn't quite have that "Evett" look to it, but for the most part, I like this sketch! ;D

Evett's hammer-lance has changed a little- the design was inspired by a sketch my love made~ <3
It will probably go through many changes as time passes, and if he were a videogame character, there would be several hammers you could collect, of course, but a hammer will always be his dominate weapon!

CID, or Coat of Ingenious (or Incrediable) Design, is probably one of my more favorite creations. Whether or not it's an original idea, I have no clue, but so far, I haven't heard anything like it yet! He's a mysterious magic coat that is completely customise-able to the wearer, in that he can take whatever shape, color, and special requirements the wearer needs (so long as his form is a piece of clothing, preferably a coat). And from his pockets he can produce almost anything your heart desires (with a few limitations of course). For instance, if you were stranded in the desert, any amount of food, water, clothes, etc you might need would be there in his pockets anytime you reached your hand in- fresh and according to the wearer's taste!
Of course, there is always a down side to such over powered items such as this. CID's downside would be that he cannot be worn, but moreso does the wearing... unless of course, his "wearer" has a very high amount of will power. Before CID found Evett, he was known as a cursed coat that would take over the mind of anyone who put him on and use them like a puppet to do his bidding; and when he was done, he often would steal the soul of his victim, then have them killed by someone who would most likely take the coat for themself and thus the cycle continued on.

There is a story behind how Evett and CID met, and a reason why Evett is able to keep his mind and soul as his "own" while maintaining control over the coat, but I'll have to write about that some other time~

SO! Now that you know about CID, I will explain Evett's "customizations". The many pockets you see are all pockets of holding, in that they have an infinate amount of space to hold an infinate amount of stuff. Evett, being a time/space/world traveler tends to find and pick up a lot of interesting things on his adventures and the pockets are useful for keeping them. The coat's weight does not change due to the contents of the pockets. If Evett wants to retrieve something, he simply thinks of the object and puts his hand into a pocket to pull it out.
The little circle you see with the number "IX" is a countdown... This has something to do with CID's bargin with Evett, but to simplify the explanantion, the numbers go up with each bad deed, and down with each good deed Evett does. As long as Evett does good deeds, he can keep his mind and sanity, but as soon as it hits "X", CID will no longer stablize and hold back Evett's inner demon (there's a whole 'nother story with that, but I won't go into it here), and unleash his unpredictable madness.
As for the wing symbol on the back ([link]), that simply makes it so that Evett can summon his wings without tearing through his clothes. It's pretty neat though, huh? ;D

If I had a keyblade, it would look something like that. :B

Haha, so if you've read this far, you've made it though my long-winded explaination! GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK! YOU ARE AWESOME.

Evett and CID are both my OC's
