A Dark Silhouette

Description

Something I did while in-between projects.

It's SUPPOSED to be a silhouette, but don't think I put enough shadow on it. *shrugs* OH WELL!

Course, this is Evett... One of my characters from the RP, as he APPEARS in the RP. Not your typical bad guy, let me tell you! XD
I forgot to put the number X on his right shoulder, which would have given this sketch a more dramatic affect- for those of you who know what that means~
I messed up on his arms, but I actually DID have a reference for this sketch... Just for the coat, though... the rest I had to guess, which, drawing the coat first, actually made it a lot hard to get the body proportions right. -.- ([link])
Hehe! Black Cat~

"Perspective, what's THAT?" <--quote from :iconareyu: <3 XD
I REALLY need to work on my perspective! That's part of the reason why his arms look messed up! >< His feet too! They should be further apart!

I actually drew Nat! YAAAY! Poor little thing... She looks rather upset, doesn't she? I USED to be good at drawing animals, but since I haven't practiced in YEARS, I've grown quite rusty, which is frustrating. -.-
I'm happy though! I think I made her look a lot more like herself in this sketch! I've only drawn her twice before and attempted at her human form once ([link])
I really need to change her clothes, though... They're too much like Chun Li's from Streetfighter, but I DIDN'T do that on purpose! I was trying to make her look like "Lady Luck" (because she IS the REAL Lady Luck), but I think I should have went with a more western-style cocktail dress or something. *shrugs* I'll have to draw her again sometime.

Hehe... Evett...
If you saw him standing before you like this, you'd know you're gonna die. Yep. Though his smile isn't quite as insane-looking as it should be. I had a lot of trouble with his face. Maybe because he's lacking a nose? Technically, there isn't enough shadow to completely hide his nose, but there was SUPPOSED to be. -.- Whateva. I dun care.

I had to draw this, in order to draw the rest of the sketches I have in mind, to appease him. He gets jealous when I draw other guys. XD
No, I don't hear voices. >.>

EVETT AND NAT AAAAND THE HAMMER-LANCE BELONG TO MEEEEEE~!

I usually don't mind people using my line art, but I'm getting tired of not being credited. I think I might just have to get mean about it and not let ANYONE use ANY of it.
I wish dA would show who downloads your art and if it's not a member of the site, they should show the IP address.

THIS SKETCH in particular though, I don't want anyone taking or using. I might consider selling this one...

Hello Evett! Perhaps you could stop looking oh so evily at me and then we could be friends instead of you lobbing off my head with that there hammer? Eeeeeh? I'll give you time to think about it.

In any case, Sael- this is really good! The entire feel of the piece is all dark and scary, with the eyes and whatnot.

About the downloading- you can turn that off, like what you did, but that doesn't stop people from saving the artwork if they want to. It's as simple as right clicking and 'save image as' - downloading images will just allow the viewer to see the original size of the artwork that you posted it as. Like with my sketchs, they're amazingly huge, but on dA, they come out normal size-ish. However, if you actually wanted to see them in their ginormous state, you can download them (which just means opening a new window with just that picture, you can also do that by right clicking, 'view image'). I don't think when someone downloads your picture, they're stealing it, neccesarily, rather, getting a better view of it. That's the price of putting things on the internet, though. I'm okay with taking the risk, since sharing my artwork is worth the danger, but to each his own.
